Learn how to master enriched doughs and transform them into bakery favorites. In this class, we’ll make sticky buns, cinnamon rolls, babka, challah, and more. You’ll gain confidence in handling soft, buttery doughs while exploring both sweet and savory variations to enjoy at home.

What you’ll take home: An assortment of brioche creations to share (if you don’t eat them first!) and your own handmade raw brioche dough to shape and bake at home.

How it works: We will jump right in to shaping pre-mixed brioche so we can learn all about braiding and dough handling and get it into the proofer! Then you will work hands-on with enriched doughs in pairs, mixing, shaping, and baking a variety of styles (sticky buns, babka, challah, etc.). Expect to share mixers and equipment, just like in a bakery kitchen. Once our dough is proofed we will go over baking techniques, times and temperatures and you will leave with your own batch of raw dough to shape at home along with all of your shaped and baked goods!

Depending on proofing times this class will run 3.5 – 4 hours long.
