Bagels & Bialys
Learn how to make classic New York–style bagels and bialys in this hands-on bread class
Guests will begin by mixing a batch of bagel dough to understand the process and dough characteristics. They will get to take home their batch of raw dough to hone their bagel skills! Each guest will shape boil and bake their bagels!
While the bagels and bialys bake, we’ll prepare traditional toppings, bialy fillings, and finish with assorted cream cheeses.
