Join us for a hands-on class dedicated to the art of soft, bakery-style doughnuts made completely from scratch. In this workshop, you’ll create a rich, tender yeast dough, fry to golden perfection, and finish with a variety of gourmet glazes and toppings.
How the class works:
We’ll begin by mixing and kneading our dough, learning what creates that light, airy interior and delicate chew. After shaping and proofing, you’ll fry your doughnuts to the perfect golden brown and explore flavor combinations through glazes, fillings, and toppings. Think classic vanilla bean glaze, chocolate ganache, seasonal fruit glazes, and textured finishes. We’ll also cover proper frying technique, oil temperature control, and troubleshooting for consistent results at home.
What you’ll take home:
An assortment of your own freshly made gourmet doughnuts — beautifully finished and boxed, ready to enjoy or share.
