Strawberry Rhubarb Lattice Pie- Tuesday April 21st. 6:00pm

Nothing says Spring quite like the smell of fresh strawberries and rhubarb in a buttery pie crust—and in this cozy, hands-on class, you’ll learn to make it! We will craft a beautiful, seasonal strawberry rhubarb lattice pie that’s as charming to look at as it is to eat.
You’ll learn how to make classic pâte brisée (a tender, flaky pie dough), create a lattice top like a true pie pro, and mix up a perfectly sweet-tart strawberry filling that lets the fruit shine.
Each guest will prepare and assemble their own pie to take home and bake, but don’t worry—you won’t have to imagine how good it’ll taste. While you work, we’ll have a pie baking in the oven so you can see, smell, and taste the final result before yours even leaves the kitchen. You can then bake your pie in the convenience of your own home same-day, next day, or freeze it for your next party!
This class is all about flaky layers, juicy berries, and pie-making confidence—come ready to roll, weave, and swoon.
