Learn the building blocks of beautiful bakery-style tarts in this hands-on Fall Tarts Workshop. We’ll work through the components and techniques used to create seasonal tarts with crisp pastry, flavorful fillings and polished finishes.
You’ll learn proper tart dough preparation and handling, lining tart shells, baking techniques, preparing seasonal fillings and assembling and finishing professional-looking tarts.
You’ll take home:
Your finished fall tarts, plus recipes and techniques you can use to create your own tart combinations at home.
ABOUT OUR WORKSHOPS:
Our Workshops are technique-focused, educational classes designed for guests who want a deeper understanding of baking. Expect more hands-on instruction, demonstrations and discussion of the “why” behind each step. Workshops typically run longer than our Social classes and focus heavily on skill building.
