A little savory, a little sweet and a very good way to spend an evening. In this hands-on Social, we’ll make fluffy, olive-oil-rich focaccia and finish the night by filling and decorating classic cannoli.

You’ll learn the basics of focaccia dough, shaping, dimpling and topping your bread, along with how to prepare and pipe cannoli filling and finish your cannoli.

You’ll take home:
Your freshly baked focaccia and your finished cannoli.

ABOUT OUR SOCIAL CLASSES:
Our Social classes are designed to be relaxed, approachable and fun. You’ll still learn plenty of techniques, but the focus is less on intensive instruction and more on enjoying the experience. Social classes include two complimentary beer, wine, or mocktail beverages for guests 21+.
