About this experience

Master the art of handmade puff pastry in this technique-driven class inspired by classic Parisian pastry shops. Guests will create laminated dough from scratch and transform it into apple chaussons, Mille-feuille, and Palmier.

Must Know Before Class: Classes are held at The Bake Studio at May’s Parlor (3497 Holland Rd, Suite 102, Virginia Beach). Please arrive 10–15 minutes early — classes begin promptly, and late arrivals may miss hands-on portions. Closed-toe shoes are required, and comfortable clothing is recommended (aprons provided). Our classes take place in a real working commercial bakery, so participants will sign a quick waiver upon arrival. We recommend having a snack or meal beforehand, as classes are focused on baking and food service is not provided. Need to sit with a friend booked separately?
