Join us for a Chocolate Espresso Meringue Pie Class at 6pm Thursday Jan. 27th at our Holland Rd. Kitchen! This is a beginners class and is similar to a “Paint and Party”! Relax, have fun and follow along the steps to make our Chocolate Espresso Meringue Pie, enjoy our artisanal grazing snack board (savories & sweets), and a glass or two of Winter Sangria (non-alcoholic available as well) !
We will guide and teach you through making your pie in a span of 1.5-2 hours. You will be provided all of the ingredients to bake your graham cracker crust and whip up chocolate mousse and meringue! You will get to take home your beautiful creation that will serve 6-8 people! Pie should stay fresh for 3-4 days so you can save it for the weekend if you’d like!
Our workshop will be taught at our wholesale kitchen located at 3497 Holland Road Suite 101. We will provide aprons and towels but bring comfy shoes because you will be standing while decorating. Please do not wear open toed shoes or anything that is not non-slip as you will be working in a real bakery kitchen and safety is first! Mask wearing is not required as we will be eating and drinking but please do not attend the class if you have recently come in contact with someone with COVID 19 or are feeling ill in any way. You will be sharing a table with others.
Cancellations with a full refund are allowed up to 48 hours in advance. Unfortunately due to a small class amount we can not refund cancellations with less than 48 hours.
